THE TEAM
Meet the teachers.
BOGNA ANNA
FOUNDER & TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Living Yolates,
Yoga & Meditation.
-
Bogna has been teaching yoga across Copenhagen studios for eight years — a long chapter that shaped her clarity about what she wanted to create. Yoga Corner is the studio she dreamed of: neighbourhood-rooted, unhurried, and built around genuine practice, community, and peace.
She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Living Yolates and Meditation. Her classes are thoughtful and grounded, guided with an ease that makes them feel accessible to everyone. She loves leading creative, slower flows where effort and strength weave together with softness and intuitive movement.
ANASTASIA
TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin.
-
Anastasia offers classes where you’ll be guided through movement and breath in a way that feels clear and natural, with space to explore what works for you. Her teaching intends to create a space where everyone feels welcome and can leave feeling good.
In her classes there is always room to challenge yourself, but also space to slow down, try, and simply be. You don’t have to get everything right, just showing up is enough.
Through her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she deepened her own practice and gained the tools to share it with others. She holds a supportive space where you can build self-trust and feel a little more at home in yourself.
JEPPE (on leave)
TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga & Meditation.
-
Jeppe is a yoga teacher with 10 years of practice and 3 years of teaching experience. His path is grounded in 700+ hours of Yoga Alliance certified training in India, rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.
He offers heart-centered classes that invite students to move with awareness, connect to their breath, and explore the body with both strength and softness.
He has a strong meditation practice, having been on eight Vipassana courses since 2018.
MARIA
TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga & Breathwork.
-
Maria is a yoga teacher and body therapist who has been sharing her practice for the past seven years. From vinyasa flow to yin yoga, she has continued to deepen her work, with a particular focus on women’s health and traditional Chinese medicine—approaches that honor both the inner and outer seasons of body and mind.
She believes that we need different things at different stages of life, and that practice is about meeting ourselves exactly where we are. In her classes, Maria invites students to move at a slightly slower pace, creating space to listen in and fully embody the present moment. In addition to her yoga classes she is offering 1:1 breathwork sessions.
ASAADA
TEACHER
Vinyasa, Yin.
RACHEL
TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga & Meditation, Prenatal & Postnatal.
LISA
TEACHER
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin.
-
Rachel discovered the life-changing benefits of yoga over 10 years ago. It started with powerful, vinyasa flow yoga which nurtured her courage and an inspiration to become a yoga teacher, move to Denmark, and begin a journey of going deeper into self discovery and wellbeing.
It was not long until she began teaching yin yoga, then completing an additional education in this wonderful style for fascia-tension release and relaxation. She is also a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher with additional education in pelvic floor health.
What you can expect from any class with Rachel is a welcoming smile. You will receive clear, effective guidance to help you grow your abilities and knowledge of yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and other wellness practices to improve your overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
-
Yoga and movement have always been part of Lisa’s life in one way or another. For her, movement is a way of expressing herself beyond words. A few years ago, she decided to deepen her practice through yoga teacher training, inspired by a desire to share the tools yoga offers for finding greater balance in everyday life.
Drawing on her background in dance and a range of movement styles, Lisa creates thoughtful and inclusive classes where everyone can feel welcome, connected, and free to be themselves.
WHERE WE ARE
Amager Øst,
close by the beach.
The studio sits in Amager Øst, one of Copenhagen's newest neighbourhoods, close to the water at Amager Strand. The area is still forming its identity, which gives it a particular energy: open, contemporary, not yet fully settled.
The studio is for everyone who lives here — and for anyone who wants to come. The mix of people in this part of the city is part of what makes it interesting: long-time Copenhageners, newcomers, families, people from everywhere.
Easy to reach by metro on the M2 line. The two closest stations are Øresund (10 minutes on foot) and Lergravsparken (15 minutes on foot). This makes the studio accessible not just for people in the neighbourhood, but for anyone in Copenhagen — and for visitors arriving from the airport.
