GOOD TO START


Yoga Basics

Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of yoga, improve your mobility and alignment. This class is for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Hatha yoga

Classic yoga session, with deep breaths and time to stay in the poses. This class helps you get deeper into the poses, and deeper within, promoting full body awareness, flexibility and strength.

MORE FLOW


Vinyasa

Vinyasa means moving on the breath, this is a more dynamic practice, where you will flow through sequences, promoting the flow of Prana in your body. The class is perfect for more seasoned yogis, but open for all.

Morning Flow

An ideal choice for morning practitioners, this class will help you get the body going, as with movement, breath and intention, you greet the day with deeper clarity and peace.

GENTLE MOVEMENT & STILLNESS


Yin yoga

Yin yoga helps to release tissues of the body. Softening, practicing stillness, time to release and reset, both body, mind and the nervous system. Practice it regularly to support your more dynamic movement based practice, balancing Yin and Yang energy.

Yoga & Meditation

An ideal choice for meditation beginners and those who seek to calm their mind. This class combines elements of soft yoga with breathwork and meditation.


STUDIO SPECIALS

Living Yolates

Joyful movement, that will help you build strength, let go of worries and come into your bountiful body. Living Yolates is a session with yoga, elements of dance, energy work and pilates. Try it and you will love it!

Yoga & Yoga Nidra

You will be guided through a deeply relaxing session, when the body and mind are resting just as in the time of deep sleep, while you stay fully present. This session helps to regulate the nervous system, release tensions, ease stress and restore the balance.
